The most important solution is at the end of your fork.
That’s right. The food you eat (and the food you avoid) influences your health.
For the last 3 months I’ve been watching 60 hours of videos from dozens of functional medicine doctors and experts who are on the cutting edge of healing. Functional medicine focuses on the cause of illness, not the symptoms. These experts all agree on one thing.
Eat right. That means: Eat only organic. If you eat animal protein or eggs, eat only grass fed.
Avoid packaged and fast food which is full of junk carbs, calories, and sugars which are guaranteed to make you obese, or diabetic (type II), have heart problems, or get Alzheimers (now called type III diabetes).
Sounds wonderful, doesn’t it?
Scientists and researchers have discovered these and other chronic health problems start 20-30 years before you even show symptoms!
The rest of the “produce” in your local grocery store is full of glyphosate, better known as roundup. Yuck. Do you want to eat herbicides/fungicides/pesticides as a condiment with your food? And get very sick besides?
No, I didn’t think so.
You can take your health back as you eat – or not.
